What should I avoid after teeth whitening?
If you do the Shield and Shimmer add on, you will have 2 hours of water only. Then you can eat and drink as normal. If you do not do the Shield and Shimmer add on, for the first 24 hours, you will need to avoid dark beverages, staining foods, and smoking. If it can stain a t-shirt it can stain your teeth.This will help protect your results while your teeth rehydrate and settle into their brighter shade.
How often can I get my teeth whitened?
Professional teeth whitening is typically done a couple times per year, depending on your goals and lifestyle. Many clients feel their results last at least 6-8 months. This all depends on how much your teeth are exposed to stains (coffee, tea, wine, smoking etc.)
