Booking Fee
Depending on the service, a $26-$312 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking an appointment. This booking fee is 100% non-refundable-no exceptions. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your service. Your booking fee is due the same day of booking your appointment or your appointment will be offered to someone else. Booking Fees are non-transferrable to other services. Booking Fees that are not used or rebooked (client must have an active appointment scheduled) will expire 6 months after the scheduled appointment.

Checkout
​We charge a 4% processing fee for any credit cards run either through invoices or at time of in-person checkout. This is the cost that the processing company charges us. If you would like to avoid the fee please bring cash.

Packages & Services Paid in Full
Packages and services that are paid in full are non-refundable, and are transferable only under the below "Rescheduling & Cancelations" section. Packages expire 2 years from the original purchase date. For laser specific packages please refer to the laser section below.

Gift Cards
Bowerman Artistry gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with the expiration date clearly stated at the time of issuance. Once expired, the gift card will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited, as extensions are not permitted. Gift cards may be used toward any Bowerman Artistry services or products unless otherwise specified, but they cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards. All gift card sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. When using a gift card for services, our standard booking and cancellation policies apply, and cancellations outside of the allowed window may result in the forfeiture of the gift card balance. By purchasing or using a Bowerman Artistry gift card, you agree to these terms.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your service. However, changes affect not only our service providers but also other clients.

Standard Appointments:
-Rescheduling or canceling requires at least 72 hours notice.

-If less than 72 hours notice is given, you will: Forfeit your original booking fee. Be required to pay a new booking fee ($26–$312) to rebook. Be charged 50% of the service total.

-If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the service total.

Package Appointments:
-Canceling or rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the package session price.

-Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in the loss of that session.

-A no-show for a package appointment also results in the loss of that session.

No-Shows
Regardless of Standard or Package appointment, No-shows will be charged the full amount for the service, AND you will not be able to book another appointment without the booking fee and/or payment in full.​

Lateness/Tardiness
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 5 or more minutes late for your appointment. Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled, and if a client is unable to be seen they will pay for the appointment in full & booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best results. We cannot rush or cut corners.
