1. Restrictions:
-Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the account. Any attempt to transfer or share membership privileges may result in immediate termination without refund.
-The BA Facial Society membership either Gold or Silver is not able to be combined with any other offer, special, promo, or membership.
-If you do not use your facial within the 30 day period before the next renewal term, it will go unused and will not transfer to the next month.
-By agreeing to the membership you are committing to at least 3 months of payment, if your membership is canceled within the first 3 months of your membership you will be charged for all 3 months. After the 3 month introductory period you will be on a month to month subscription you can cancel at anytime with out fee. If you cancel and rejoin you will have to go back through the 3 month introductory period again.
-Your membership can be put on pause at any time for a fee of $10/month instead of the regularly monthly Gold or Silver rate. This allows for you to still enjoy the discounts, but you will not receive your facial package for that month.
2. Pricing Subject to Change:
-Our pricing structure is subject to change based on rising costs of materials, operational expenses, or other factors affecting the overall cost of providing services and or products. We aim to absorb as much of these increases as possible while delivering exceptional value to our members. In the event of a change in membership pricing, you will be notified via email or through our texting campaign. We strive to keep our members informed and provide ample time for adjustment to any alterations in pricing.
3. Exceptions:
-Kindly be advised that no exceptions will be granted to these policies. It is crucial to maintain consistency in our approach, as making exceptions for one individual and not another can pose challenges, given the diverse nature of personal circumstances and emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these established guidelines.
4. Refunds:
In consideration of the substantial nature of these discounts, regrettably, we are unable to process a refund for your membership. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as we strive to maintain the integrity of our pricing structure and the value offered to all members. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. I agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind or the occurrence of foreseen or unforeseen events.
By proceeding with your membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
5. Cancellations & Policies:
Bowerman Artistry's Standard service policies, including cancellation and rescheduling protocols, are applicable to all services. Please note that no exceptions will be made based on membership status.
6. Credit Card Payment
-A credit card will be securely held on file and automatically charged on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis according to which membership you are signed up for, and from the first day of enrollment. There is our standard 4% processing fee added that we get charged, due to having a reoccurring membership we must process the membership with a credit or debit card.
