Who We Are Looking For…
We are looking for an Esthetician to join our team and offer high end, customized, facials. We are seeking someone who can make informed skin care recommendations for our clients and can determine and conduct appropriate treatment and services that suit their needs and desires.
An Esthetician’s responsibility is to provide a relaxing spa-like service that will allow her client to feel pampered, have better looking skin, and help her client reach her skin care needs.

Team Member Type: Part Time to Full Time

Compensation: Negotiable, Potential to increase pay based off performance and 90 day review.

Team Member Responsibilities...
-Provide a variety of upscale facials, dermaplaning, body treatments and lash services (lash services, if trained)
-Adhere to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring schedule
-Interact with clients in a warm, professional, friendly manner
-Accompany clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them, rebooking upon completion of service
-Preform a client consultation to obtain information about contraindications, needs, desires, skin goals
-Examine clients skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments
-Advise clients on skin care
-Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens
-Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests if applicable
-Goal setting
-Preparing a sanitary environment before a procedure, and maintaining a clean environment after each treatment
-Other responsibilities & duties as assigned

Requirements and skills
Valid Esthetician’s license (does not apply for lashes)
A desire and passion for their career
Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to develop a plan of action for clients care
Ability to make a client feel comfortable and safe
Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
Client confidentiality with ALL clients
Continued education courses and trainings
Team player, trust worthy, full of integrity, honesty

Dermaplaning Lash Lift & Tint
Lash Extensions Brow Tinting & Shaping
Brow Lamination
