Are you an Esthetician with a passion for skincare and a desire to make clients feel fabulous? We’re looking for a Skin Guru who can craft high-end, customized facials and provide tailored skincare recommendations to our amazing clients. Your mission: to deliver the ultimate spa-like experience that leaves clients feeling pampered, refreshed, and radiating confidence!

Compensation
Compensation is negotiated based on the experience of the provider.  We reward your excellence!

Responsibilities
-Provide a variety of upscale facials, dermaplaning, body treatments, and lash services (if trained) with skill and style.
-Adhere to appointment schedules like a pro by keeping an eye on your calendar.
-Greet clients warmly and professionally, making them feel right at home.
-Conduct thorough client consultations to develop personalized care plans.
-Evaluate clients’ skin to determine the best treatments and keep them informed every step of the way.
-Maintain a clean, sanitary environment to provide a comfy and safe experience after each treatment.
-Engage clients during sessions, boosting their knowledge and making their experiences enjoyable!
-Goal setting and preparing a sanitized environment before procedures is a must, along with any other duties assigned.

Requirements
-Valid Esthetician’s license (lashes not required)
-A burning passion for skincare and beauty
-Proven work experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role
-Outstanding communication skills and a knack for making people feel comfortable
-Deep understanding of skincare techniques and client confidentiality
-Team player, trustworthy, and bursting with integrity and honesty
